new saddle!

sunset is nearing, as seen from across the monroe bridge.
ever wanted to see what a GRAND (yes, that's $1,000.00) of books looks like, well here's your chance!
"pig out at the park" think "taste of spokane"
there's alotta stuff!
here's a comparison! the men's saddle i'd been using is on the left. the LIBERATOR X is on the right! it's awesome!
another monroe sunset.
velcro takes a pose.
aww. he looks like a little kitten here!

to the tetons!!

chainsaw will protect my claw-foot tub while i'm gone. good boy.
morning in the idaho panhandle
montana
there not kidding around about this exit!

the only thing pretty about idaho falls is the train graffiti.
whew! finally got here!
so many flowers! only took the one picture.
let's take a ride on the park ranger search and rescue patrol boat!
that's jim (he's serious about sun protection) the ranger with a badass boat at his command.
Moran! lovely, beautiful, glorious, magical, awesome, Moran!
ok, this is my dad literally taking a picture with my camera BACKWARDS (and on accident!)! i love my dad!
when he finally got my camera turned around...
MORAN!!
MORAN!
MORAN! from this side you can see how it's only fat and sassy from the front, here you can see the jutting shelves of rock that were literally thrown into the air in something that must have truly been the apocolypse for any life present.
apparently, this is an expensive boat (like 350k)

mary! don't you want to come boating here? i think you would love it!
time for hiking! nothing too hard, about 10miles with only 700ft of elevation change, took us about 3hrs to get back (including picture time and snack time on the top).
hey, found taggart lake!
ta-dah! everyone marvel at my outdoorseyness! ;)
my rugged (and 69yr old) dad!
looking back on taggart
yay, group pic!
the view over bradley lake
hey, it's tiny little me, admiring the glory and expanse of nature

biking, hiking, and whatnot

from the falls in the heart of the city.
biked east on the centennial trial to havanna street (the border street b/w spokane, and spokane valley [two seperate cities]) my apt manager told me that if i biked to the north end of that street i would come to a mountain of sorts, which i did, then hiked up. this is near the top (very desert-y)
a plane!
the view looking towards spokane.
zoomed in: you can see downtown, my neighborhood is just west of that.
from my BIG bike! this is nine mile falls, the water level's rather low apparently.
hey, no littering!!
this is called "the bowl and pitcher" formation
yeah, at IS for everyone! this king of glory is scary! i'll take the three-form goddess any day of the week!
